Day 56: Cabin Fever

Do You Know What You’re Really Thinking?

Yesterday turned out to be a bit of a challenging one. From a mood perspective that is. It was a “just not feeling right” kind of day. For no reason in particular other than “the usual suspects.” Thoughts sometimes stay the same but feelings take over. There is definitely a subconscious mind. I have evidence in my own internal world. If I listen to my thoughts I can become conscious of my unconscious. I am having other thoughts having nothing to do with the surface ideas.

Try it Yourself

Try it yourself. Listen to your mind. You may hear what you’re really thinking about. It’s incredible.

It Can Release You from Your Pain

So in the end, it was thoughts having to do with listening to my thoughts that were my doorway to curing cabin fever.
